Red Alert Telecare has a dedicated administrative team that specialise in managing the day to day running of telecare and telehealth services. Whether you have a small or large client base, we can handle every aspect of your telecare operation, from arranging assessment visits, installations, collection of equipment and stock control.

Our clients have a complete overview of their service via personal log-in to our secure telecare software system. Much of the day-to-day telecare operation is electronically captured and automatically updated to the central database, including on-site engineer worksheets, so you know exactly what equipment your clients are currently using.
