Background

James Batchelor is the Commercial Director at Red Alert Telecare, having progressed through a range of technical, operational and leadership positions since joining the company in 2012. His extensive understanding of frontline service delivery enables him to develop commercial strategies that are both ambitious and operationally achievable.

James leads Red Alert Telecare’s commercial activity, including business development, tendering, contract negotiation, client relationships and strategic partnerships. He works closely with clients and internal teams to define clear service requirements, establish appropriate service levels and ensure that new and existing contracts deliver sustainable value.

He is also responsible for supporting the company’s long-term growth through market development, service innovation and the identification of new commercial opportunities. His combination of operational experience and commercial insight helps ensure that commitments made to clients are realistic, deliverable and aligned with Red Alert Telecare’s wider objectives.
